The device is designed to facilitate the unloading of bulk, powder and granular materials.

Composition of the Vibrating Discharge Bottom:

  • Tapered vibrodome made of stainless steel or carbon steel;
  • Flexible insert made of polymer fabric;
  • Shock-absorbing hangers (when mounted on a metal silo);
  • Clamps for fixing the vibrodron to the silo;
  • Flange mating flange (when mounted on a metal silo);
  • Vibration motor.

The vibrating discharge bottom facilitates the unloading of bulk and powdered materials, preventing material clogging. Using vibration, it ensures a steady material flow into the transportation system.
