Water Cooler

Water Cooler

A device used in industry to cool water that is then used in manufacturing processes.

Water Cooler Composition:

  • Stainless steel case;
  • Insulation;
  • Inert gas tubes;
  • Heat exchanger;
  • Evaporator;
  • Thermostat;
  • Compressor;
  • Air condenser;
  • Fan.

Water Cooler

Water Cooler operates based on a refrigeration cycle, utilizing a compressor, condenser, evaporator, and expansion device to maintain the desired water temperature.

Operating Principle

  • The compressor compresses the refrigerant, increasing its temperature.

  • In the condenser, the hot gas is cooled by air and turns into a liquid.

  • In the expansion device, the pressure decreases, and the refrigerant evaporates, forming cold vapor.

  • In the evaporator, the vapor absorbs heat from the water, cooling it down.

  • The process repeats, ensuring a stable water temperature.

Advantages

✅ Cost-Effective – requires no additional water and reduces energy consumption.

✅ Easy Installation – no need for water cooling systems or complex infrastructure.

✅ Compact Design – does not require extra space for installation.

✅ Durability – resistant to corrosion and wear caused by low-quality water.

An ideal solution for industries where water cooling is not an option.
