The product is designed to separate metallic magnetic impurities from the product passing through the magnetic separator.

Composition of magnetic separator:

  • Stainless steel housing;
  • Cover with magnetic rods in the casing;
  • Neodymium magnets;
  • Connection flanges.

Magnetic separator

Magnetic separator is designed to remove ferrimagnetic impurities from raw materials in various industries. It works in streams with continuous product movement: gravity (free fall) or pneumatic conveying.


Design and operating principle

✔ Magnetic field - created by permanent neodymium magnets (NdFeB) that ensure reliable cleaning.

✔ Quick-release unit - stainless steel housing, magnetic rods inside a tubular casing.

✔ Airtight - sealing gasket prevents product leakage.

✔ Automatic cleaning - metal impurities fall off after the magnets are removed, eliminating contact with the cleaned product.
