Vibrosifter

Sieving is a mandatory operation before feeding bulk products into process equipment.

Vibrating sifter is a special equipment, installed in a pneumatic transport line, designed for effective screening of bulk products at various production facilities. Its main purpose is to clean the product from foreign impurities and lumps, and also performs the process of aeration, which improves the quality of the final product.
The sieve inside the device vibrates, due to which the product is sieved through the smallest openings, while large particles and impurities are retained. This equipment makes it possible to automatically process large volumes of product at high speed.
Vibrating sifter cover for cleaning

The use of a vibratory sifter is particularly important in bakeries, confectioneries and factories where high flour quality is required for consistent recipes and textures. This technology results in a more airy product, which ultimately leads to improved flavour and aesthetics in baked goods.
The type of sieve – wire or punched, as well as the size of the product cell, are determined by the customer or recommended by us depending on the product.
The sieve can be easily replaced.
The size of the vibrating screen is selected according to the performance of the pneumatic line.

Rotary sifter

This type of screening machine provides gravity loading (e.g. by auger or rotary feeder).
The product is fed into the loading nozzle and then directed by the screw into the sieve, which is made in the form of a drum. The feeding screw and the sieve are mounted on one shaft and rotate from a common drive.
Due to centrifugal force, the product passes through the sieve and is discharged through the lower branch pipe of the housing.
The sifted impurities exit through the side pipe on the sifter cover.
The type of sieve – wire or punched, as well as the size of the product cell, are determined by the customer or recommended by us depending on the product.
The sieve can be replaced.
The size of the rotary sifter is selected according to the required productivity.

Turbo sifter
The turbo sifter is a budget solution for small businesses such as mini-bakeries.

Due to centrifugal force, the product passes through the sieve and is directed into the pneumatic line.
The screened out impurities are removed manually through the inspection hatch after the machine has stopped.
The sieve type is punched, the cell size of the product is determined by the customer or recommended by us depending on the product.
The sieve is made in the form of an insert in the drum and can be easily replaced.
The size of the turbo screener is selected according to the required performance.

Magnetic separator for bulk solids

The main components of a blow-through magnetic separator are shown in the diagram below.
The housing is installed in the break of the pneumatic conveying line. Inside the housing, magnetic rods are fixed to the cover. The cover is attached to the housing using quick-release connections. To prevent direct contact of the product with the magnets, the rods are encased in a stainless steel sleeve.
The technology of manufacturing bulk products such as flour or sugar, as well as liquid products such as sunflower oil or invert syrup, involves active contact with metal surfaces – working parts of the equipment (mills, crushers, mixers, etc.) and the internal walls of transport systems. As a result, metal particles from abrasion of working parts, rust, welding scale, etc. often get into the product.

Magnets in the line

The photo below shows the working elements (rods) of a magnetic separator installed in a flour pneumatic conveying line. The rods clearly display horizontal stripes of ferromagnetic particles captured from the product.
The amount of such impurities in a product is one of the most important indicators of its safety.
Therefore, capturing ferromagnetic impurities is a mandatory operation before feeding products as components into processing equipment.
Magnetic separators, which capture ferromagnetic impurities from the product, can be installed at different stages of the processing line.
For bulk products, they are conventionally divided into two groups:
-
Blow-through sifters, which are installed in pneumatic conveying lines.
-
Gravity sifters, through which the product passes by gravity.

We manufacture both blow-through and gravity magnetic separators.
Our separators use neodymium magnets of N52 grade with a magnetic induction of 1.42-1.47 T and a maximum operating temperature of 80°C.
Magnetic separator for liquid product

Magnetic separators for liquid products are installed in the break of the product pipeline. Compared to separators for bulk products, they are additionally equipped with a mesh filter to capture mechanical impurities.
