Trevira fabric silos
Fabric silos are designed for storing bulk and granular products in enclosed spaces.
The main components of a fabric silo manufactured by our company are:

Fabric bag for product storage.

Roof made of filter fabric to release air during product loading.

Detachable frame made of galvanized or stainless steel profile pipes.

Vibrating bottom with a free-flow system for product discharge from the silo.

Fabric silos offer several advantages over metal silos:

Metal silos are designed for storing bulk and granular products both indoors and outdoors.
Traditionally, they are more common than fabric silos.
Their main advantages over fabric silos are:
- the possibility of outdoor placement;
- large capacity due to the absence of space limitations.
These advantages determine the widespread use of these silos in grain processing enterprises and bakeries.
It is not uncommon for metal silo structures, which were installed at enterprises back in the last century, to have a number of disadvantages:
- explosion safety is not fully ensured;
- the air filtration system cannot cope with the required pneumatic transport capacity when loading the product;
- the product unloading system does not provide the required capacity or is not fully automated;
- there is no system for controlling the amount of product in the silo;
- Condensation forms inside the silo due to an imperfect air filtration and ventilation system.
