Operating Principle and Design

✔ Main Components: housing, stator, rotor, bearing support, electric motor, belt drive, tensioning platform, protective casing, storage tank with agitator and level sensors, aspiration system.

✔ Working Process:

Sugar enters the loading pipe and is fed into the area between the rotor and stator pins.

The rotation of the rotor ensures intensive grinding of the product into powdered sugar.

The finished product enters the storage tank.

✔ Cooling and Aspiration:

The bearing support is equipped with a water cooling system.

The aspiration system removes excess dust, improving working conditions.
